Shipping & Lead Time

Shipping to US and Canada only. Every piece is made to order, and shipping times can vary per artwork and destination.

General lead times are:

Unframed orders: 4 weeks
Framed orders: 8 weeks
Custom orders: TBD

Flat rate shipping and packing will be applied to single piece orders, and discounted shipping rates are applied to orders of 3 or more pieces.

Unframed pieces are shipped in a sturdy tube via FedEx Ground. Larger pieces, 50" and above require freighting and will be sent via best available freight.

Returns and Exchanges

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact orders@zoebioscreative within 14 days of receiving your order to qualify for a refund or exchange. We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom artwork.

Cancellations

We offer a 24 hour grace period from after the order was placed, to cancel for a full refund. Since every piece is made to order, all other cancellations will be reviewed upon request and may be subject to a restocking fee.

She has exhibited her work in NYC and Los Angeles, and collaborates with interior designers and producers to create beautiful pieces of art for their spaces. Currently she is working for a design firm in Los Angeles, and in her spare time loves to take hikes in Griffith Park with her family, friends, and her puppy Gracie.
