Beatta M Tuominen is a Finnish-born visual artist who now lives in vibrant Southern California. A perpetual learner, she holds a BFA in Photography from Utah State University and remains committed to perfecting her craft through ongoing education opportunities and workshops to fuel her curiosity. She also frequently participates in exhibitions, exchanges, and festivals across California and around the U.S. Beatta has been a visiting artist at schools and enjoys sharing her love and knowledge of photography. As an avid traveler with diverse cultural experiences, Beatta’s art explores the nuances of our connection with nature, the physical world, and the intricate web of human relationships, embracing themes of belonging, becoming, regeneration, hope, and healing.
